These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and hot51ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the hot51ph website located at hot51ph.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the hot51ph website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hot51ph platform and close your account if one has been created.

To register and use hot51ph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. hot51ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on hot51ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying hot51ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

hot51ph will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from hot51ph that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hot51ph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with hot51ph's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hot51ph staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the hot51ph platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of hot51ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the hot51ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent.
• Use hot51ph's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorized.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

All games available on hot51ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time via HD video stream. hot51ph does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, hot51ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. The Platform's decision in such matters is final.

hot51ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

All transactions on hot51ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are currently supported: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to your payment provider's own limits.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• hot51ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• hot51ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hot51ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond hot51ph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content.

hot51ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

hot51ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification and applicable withdrawal processing times.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hot51ph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction processing, players must submit a formal complaint to hot51ph support within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. hot51ph will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
